Over de functie Schiphol cleaning

Do you see yourself working at Schiphol Airport, surrounded by travelers from across the globe? If you enjoy an active and dynamic workplace, this cleaning position could be just what you’re looking for! You’ll be part of a supportive and driven team that takes pride in keeping the airport clean and presentable every day.

You may work the following shifts:
• Morning shift: 06:15 – 14:30
• Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 22:30
• Night shift: 22:15 – 06:30 (optional)

We’re looking for someone who is flexible and reliable.

Functie eisen Schiphol cleaning

• You have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 years without interruption;
• You speak English and/or Dutch;
• You are flexible and can work different shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) at least 3 days per week;
• You are physically fit and able to do physical work;
• You have no criminal record.

You will work at Schiphol, one of the largest airports in Europe. It is a professional 24/7 environment where teamwork and safety are key priorities. You will be part of a close-knit team with clear agreements and fixed shifts. Due to the continuous growth in passenger numbers, there is consistent and stable work within a well-organized working environment.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

What we offer:
• A competitive gross salary starting at €15.01 per hour;
• Attractive shift bonuses (130%–150%) for evenings and weekends, and up to 250% on public holidays;
• Travel reimbursement (€0.14–€0.23 per km from 5 km) or full public transport coverage;
• Easy access to Schiphol by public transport;
• The chance to grow through training and recognized cleaning certifications.
